Time is a valuable asset

I do not know if you have ever tried to run a business like me, but there is one thing that I learned pretty quickly when it came to project management. And that is that time is a valuable asset. So that is why I was exited to read an interview with the author of a new book about project management that says that time is indeed a valuable asset. If you do not already feel this way you may change your mind. At least go and give this excellent interview a read!
