NY gov proposes tax on downloaded music

Seriously? Did you see this headline on Yahoo today? The current governor is proposing a tax on downloaded music. It is being called the "iPod tax." How totally ridiculous?! The tax would be 4%. There also would be higher taxes on gas, taxi rides, cable and satellite TV service, cigars, beer, movie and sports tickets, and health spa visits, to name a few items.
