The 2008 theme at the Shrewsbury International Cartoon Festival is “art.” Under this theme there will be a special exhibition of some new work by the Shrewsbury International Cartoon Festival cartoonists called “But is it Art.” This special exhibition will run from March 30th, 2008 to April 26, 2008. So, it is a limited time engagement if you are interested in going to see it. It will still be going on during the Shrewsbury International Cartoon Festival though.
