Shia LaBeouf has a drinking problem

I think we all remember Shia LaBeouf getting arrested in that Chicago Walgreens. He was drunk and did not want to leave when asked. Apparently, he did not learn a lesson. At all. This morning at 3am he was arrested for DUI. Seems he got into a little car accident while drinking and driving. LaBeouf injured himself, his passenger and the driver of the other car. What a douche. Or is that LaDouche.
